Return Policy
At Songbird Ads, we work hard to make sure you love your ad before you even get an invoice. However, we know sometimes things don’t work out.
That’s why returns are accepted within 15 days of your approval of the final ad, minus a $100 fee for all full audio packages and audio plus jingle packages. Script-only purchases can get the full amount refunded if contacted within 15 days.
To get a refund for your audio ad, please contact us at emily@songbirdaudioads.com and provide us with your company name and the reason for your return. We will then refund you the money via PayPal (minus PayPal fees).
